Custom orders may include personalized gifts, engraved pieces, custom signs, serving trays, home decor, keepsakes, memorial pieces, business gifts, and other CNC-crafted wood items.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Share Your Idea

Send a message with as much detail as possible about what you’re looking for. Helpful details include:

- Product type or project idea
- Name, wording, initials, date, logo, or design request
- Preferred wood type, if known
- Approximate size
- Quantity needed
- Desired timeline or needed-by date
- Reference photos, sketches, or inspiration, if available

2. Review and Quote

Once the request is reviewed, Vega Woodwork will follow up with any questions, design considerations, estimated pricing, and timing.

Pricing depends on the size, wood type, design complexity, personalization, finishing requirements, and production time.

3. Design Approval

For custom designs, a proof or design preview may be provided before production begins. Production will not begin until the main details are confirmed.

4. Production

Once approved, your custom piece will be made with care using quality hardwoods, detailed CNC work, and professional-grade Cadence MFG tooling.

Important Details

Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Vega Woodwork.

Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, initials, and wording before approving a custom order.

Turnaround time varies depending on project complexity and current order volume.

Local pickup may be available near Canton, Georgia.
