Return and Refund Policy

Because many Vega Woodwork items are handmade, personalized, or made to order, returns are handled based on the type of product ordered.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Vega Woodwork with the personalization details provided.

Please review all names, letters, wording, dates, initials, and design notes carefully before placing your order. Vega Woodwork is not responsible for customer spelling errors, incorrect information entered at checkout, or changes requested after production has started.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Vega Woodwork within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right when appropriate.

Return Window

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Vega Woodwork.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Vega Woodwork.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Vega Woodwork:

- Personalized items
- Custom name products
- Custom design products
- Made-to-order items
- Digital CNC files or downloadable products
- Custom signs
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not cared for properly

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Vega Woodwork, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue

Vega Woodwork will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, refund, or appropriate solution.

Personalization and Spelling

For personalized items, customers are responsible for entering the correct spelling, names, dates, initials, letters, and design details. Please double-check all personalization before placing your order.

Once a personalized or custom item has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If production has not started, Vega Woodwork may be able to cancel the order.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Vega Woodwork.
