Processing Time

Most Vega Woodwork items are handmade, finished to order, or personalized. Standard processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the product, wood selection, personalization details, and current order volume.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional time, especially if design approval, clarification, or extra communication is needed before production begins.

If additional time is needed for your order, Vega Woodwork will contact you with an update.

Shipping

Orders ship from Georgia. Shipping rates and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of Vega Woodwork’s control.

Vega Woodwork is not responsible for shipping carrier delays after an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Vega Woodwork is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers near Canton, Georgia. If you would like to discuss local pickup before placing an order, please contact Vega Woodwork at vegawoodwork17@gmail.com.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Vega Woodwork within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label if available.

This helps us review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution is available.
